XH250 Trakpactor

Terex Pegson, part of the Westport, Conn.-based Terex Group, has introduced the new XH250 Trakpactor. The machine is designed to meet customer-identified needs and preferences in impact crushers and applications in crushing concrete/asphalt rubble, C&D debris and limestone with low to medium hardness. The 4-blow-bar horizontal impactor with mono-block upper apron design and 33.4-inch-by 33.4-inch rotor has a throughput capacity of up to 250 tons per hour, depending on material. The slow-speed, high-stoke vibrating grizzly feeder has under-screen and load-sensing control system. Under-crusher vibrating pan feeder protects the product conveyor in rugged applications. The Trakpactor is powered by a Caterpillar C-6-6 Tier 3 engine. The product conveyor has hydraulic raise/lower for steel clearance and maximum 125-inch discharge height. The optional 23.6- inch-wide, hydraulic folding dirt conveyor has 85-inch discharge height. Other standard features include rapid setup time, dust suppression sprays and canvas belt cover, heavy-duty I-beam chassis, heavy-duty bolt-on tracks, fixed Hardox hopper and overband magnet.
