Chromium carbide and nickel based metallic coating that is formulated for abrasion resistance and can be applied to cast or machine parts. Can be applied as a slurry or sprayed onto a cast or machined part. It provides an Rc 60-65 hard surface finish. Wear-Tuff can be applied from .025 inch to .040 inch-thick on parts up to 30 inches wide. Designed for use with construction equipment, conveyors, cranes, tracks, mining wear parts and agricultural cutting systems.
