Vibrating screen is suited for moist, sticky, fibrous materials with a high percentage of fines or near size particles. It has complete side sealing with flexible screen mats without abrupt corners, edge wear and material wedging. Screen mats with maximized open area and aperture widths starting at 2 mm are available to suit the application. It is constructed to operate with one eccentric shaft, one motor, four bearings and two adjustable flyweights with no mesh cleaning devices, gears, discs, sprockets or levers.
