Rivet-hinged belt fasteners designed for thicker conveyor belt applications.
Available in R5 ½ and R6 sizes, it is designed to accommodate belts ranging from 6 mm to 18 mm thick. It has a mechanical fastener ratings up to 800 PIW. The scalloped shape is designed for more prominent coining, allowing the fastener plate ends to embed deeper into the belt.
