McCloskey International debuted a portable vibratory screener specifically designed with three screening decks at Hillhead 2007. Like the original two-deck S190 screener, the new version features McCloskey’s High Energy screenbox. The S190 is based on a 5-foot by 20-foot screenbox, which measures 190 square feet of total screening area. The S190-3D provides the same amount of screening mesh as the top deck. Altogether, the three decks provide 290 square feet of active screen. The three deck version uses a small dedicated conveyor to keep fines moving through the system. Flow of material is also assisted by the steep angle settings available on the S190-3D, which offers five settings from 20 to 30 degrees.
