Rubble Master Systems Inc., Montreal, Canada, has introduced the RM100 Crusher. The RM100 is ideal for processing construction and demolition waste such as concrete, bricks, asphalt and natural rock. The RM100 processes up to 220 tons per hour and lumps up feed material up to 32 inches.
The crusher unit includes a HMH impact crusher with four hammers that are hydraulically adjustable for primary or secondary crushing final grain adjustable using four different rotor speeds. The RM100 weighs 31 short tons.
The compactness of the crusher allows for easy transport and use in locations that are not accessible to other crushers. Other options include a dust suppression system, side discharge belt, diesel filling pump, crusher hammer changing system, cable remote control, central lubrication system and Hardox 500 wear-resistant cladding.
