Staggered blades in the upper jaw hold and process rebar as it bypasses into the lower jaw. Bolt-on replaceable and indexible blades reduce operating costs. Offset lower blades further maximized the power efficiency from the bucket cylinder. At 8,500 pounds, the RCS 80 has enough mass to absorb the shock loads generated during rebar cutting. It has a large, oversized main pivot for extreme duty cycles. Does not require additional hydraulics.
