Designed and manufactured for tough, high capacity operations in sand and gravel, crushed stone, recycling and compost. The unit sets up in roughly 20 minutes, screens up to 550 tons per hour and features a hopper capacity of 8.87 cubic yards with a 4-foot-wide exit opening. The rear hopper door folds down hydraulically to allow level material feed from the crusher discharge conveyor, and the screen box has walkways for easy access. Impact bars replace rollers in key areas. Options include a heavy-duty apron feeder in place of the belt feeder, Hardox or mild steel punch plate screens and finger tines on the top or bottom decks.
