Grasan road-portable inclined screen plants are available in standard and custom design for use in quarries, recycling and other rugged applications. Typical materials used include crushed concrete and asphalt rubble, crushed stone and gravel, ores, coal and coke and carbon. Normally, the only set up procedure required is unfolding and blocking the legs. Screen sizes range from compact 5-foot by 12-foot, 5-foot by 14-foot, and 6-foot by 16-foot, 7-foot and 8-foot by 20-foot models. Larger sizes are also available, such as high capacity 8-foot by 24-foot plants, with all hydraulic set up. Screens feature thru-bolt construction, replaceable cross members, crowned screen decks and spring or wedge side tensioning. Feed boxes and discharge chutes have wear liners.
