For industrial operations with tough solids reduction programs, JWC Environmental has developed its most powerful two-shafted bulk grinder ever: the Model 70000 Macho Monster. The 70000 is designed to handle a wide variety of bulky and tough solids including animal carcasses, wood, recyclables, trash, slurry and even bits of metal.
A powerful 50-hp motor and a 43:1 gear reducer deliver up to 16,600 lb-foot of torque to the shafts. This is the hightest torque of any product in the Monster family and allows the Macho Monster to obliterate solids that would jam a conventional grinder.
JWC's 70000 Macho Monster stands 10 feet tall with a bank of cutters 40 inches tall. The hardened steel cutters are arranged in a unique helical pattern that allows them to easily pull solids into the machine. The open hopper configuration, in conjunction with large 10-inch diameter cutters, allow for easy and quick processing of large solids.
Various hopper and stand arrangements are optionally available.
