Fintec has introduced a line of mobile screening units. Screening units are designed for construction, demolition, recycling and quarrying applications. The track-mounted, Cat diesel powered, water-cooled Fintec 542 Screen and 570 Screen are designed to provide durable, high production capabilities in screening applications that include construction and demolition material, quarrying, asphalt, coal and topsoil. The track-mount, Cat diesel powered, water-cooled 640 Screen is used for screening, recycling, construction and demolition debris, as well as primary and secondary quarry material. The 542 features a high-capacity 12 foot by 5 foot screenbox with two decks, while the 570 features a high capacity 18 foot by 5 foot screenbox. Both screens have an additional five-degree screening angle built in the bottom deck, which helps provide up to 20 percent more screening area that most other comparable units. The 640 has a two bearing 12 foot by 5 foot heavy-duty screening box with two decks; fixed access walkway around the screenbox and hydraulic jacking system for bottom deck serviceability.
