The Water Bath Separator consists of a process tank where materials are separated by density. Heavy materials, such as stones, sink to the bottom of the tank and are transported out of the tank by a conveyor belt. Floating materials, such as wood, are blown using water pressure to the starscreen inside the tank and quickly taken out. The Lubo Water Bath Separator can handles upwards of 40 tons per hour of incoming material.
