These grapples from Lemac are made from quenched and tempered alloy steel with a 130,000 psi minimum yield. The heavy tube sections form the upper side of the jaws, providing an extremely solid base for both ear groups, and the heavy-duty alloy steel ear configuration ensures that the rigidity between both jaws is maintained. The main pins are made of heat-treated alloy steel, while the bearings, seals, “o” rings and collars used in the main pivot protect this critical area. The grapples include a one-year or 1,500-hour warranty.
