Grasan’s compact KR1010 crushing plant provides high mobility and sets up in only 15 minutes. Capable of crushing up to 150 tons per hour of concrete, asphalt, brick, block and stone. The self-contained plant measures 12 feet, 6 inches high and 8 feet, 6 inches wide. It features a Hazemag 1010 primary impactor with a 25-inch by 40-inch feed opening, hinged split housing, adjustable aprons and a large access door. It is powered by a six-cylinder, 240 hp John Deere diesel engine with automatic shutdown gages, critical-duty muffler and a two-year parts and service warranty. It's heavy-duty grizzly feeder has a direct-coupled hydraulic motor for variable speed control. A self-cleaning magnet separates rebar and mesh from crushed material.
