It's designed to operate in confined areas and has an operating weight of 6,590 pounds. The PC27-MR-2 uses a Komatsu 3D82AE engine that operates with 25.5 horsepower at 2,600 rpm. It features a maximum digging height of 14 feet, 9 inches and a maximum dumping height of 10 feet, 7 inches and a maximum digging depth of 8 feet, 8 inches. It also features an arm crowd force of 3,310 pounds and a maximum digging force of 4,920 pounds and an expanded operator’s compartment designed to enable easier entry and exit and to provide more room for operating the machine’s foot pedals and joystick controls. It offers two styles of Roll-Over Protective Structures (ROPS), including one that features a cantilever design, two rear-mounted posts and an overhead canopy that provides complete visibility. Cabs with optional air conditioning are available.
