The HB 4200 hydraulic breaker features Krupp percussion technology and a service weight of more than 4 tons, making it ideal for demolition, tunneling, trenching, foundation work and primary and secondary quarry breaking. The tool accepts a maximum hydraulic flow of 84 gallons per minute at 2,610 psi. The 4200 delivers an impact rate of up to 530 blows per minute. Comes standard with AutoControl, a monitoring system that allows the breaker to adapt its frequency and power output to match operating conditions. To reduce excess noise, the 4200 comes equipped with the VibroSilenced damping system. Elastic elements between the percussion mechanism and the guide system provide full acoustic insulation, reducing noise by up to 18 decibels compared to similar systems. For prolonged service life, the HB 4200 features DustProtector II and ContiLube II. The optional DustProtector II feature prevents dust penetration by using a reusable sleeve that contacts the working tool at the base of the breaker to protect the inner mechanism from the damaging effects of dust. The ContiLube II is an automatic lubrication system mounted directly on the breaker. The HB 4200 is a working tool of 7.09 inches in diameter with working lengths of up to 40 inches. Available in three lengths for various applications, the HB 4200 options include the moil point for multi-purpose use, the flat chisel for rock breaking and demolition and the blunt tool for rock breaking, concrete and reducing oversized material.
