The Hammerhead II Model HB 550 is a hydraulic concrete slab buster designed to demolish concrete flatwork, including floors, driveways, bridge decks and roadways up by 12 inches thick. It uses only three moving parts and operates vertically or horizontally on any concrete surface. It weighs 1,130 pounds and can be mounted on a 5,000 to 9,000 pound skid steer, a 7,000 to 15,000 pound mini excavator or a 9,000 to 16,500 pound loader/backhoe. It also has a reinforced foot pad and impact bar for long life and easy maintenance. The Hammerhead II breaks at a rate of 25 to 40 blows per minute.
