The FT6203 track mounted screening plant is designed to be transported on a lowboy style trailer. It has a triple-shaft drive configuration, adjustable stroke length, adjustable stroke angle and the ability to set the RPM to best suit the conditions of the application.
It also has a standard 6-foot by 20-foot horizontal style screen with a rear feed roller belt feeder and a receiving hopper that can be directly fed with a loader or excavator. Two side conveyors produce 10-foot stockpiles or a blended product that would be discharged out of the opposite side of the fines, allowing the plant to produce “windrows.” It has an end delivery conveyor for top deck overs that can be stockpiled or fed to another plant.
