Avery Weigh-Tronix LLC, Fairmont, Minn., has introduced the FLSC and QTLTSC forklift scale systems as new additions to the company’s lines of weighing solutions. The FLSC and QTLTSC forklift scale systems are designed to deliver reliable, repeatable weighing in industrial and commercial applications, according to the company. The forklift scale systems incorporate application-designed Avery Weigh-Tronix Weigh Bars for accuracy and repeatability. The forklifts feature the “clear view” vision window, allowing drivers to clearing see forklift tips while approaching a pallet or rack. Both forklifts perform legal-for-trade weighing en route—even when tilted—for Class II (FLSC), Class III and Class IV (QTLTSC) forklifts. They also delivers continuously accurate weighing by monitoring stress while the forklift mast is tilted. The forklifts weigh loads electronically—without flexures, hydraulics or springs that can affect weighing while the forklift mast is tilted. They can withstand environmental and warehouse jolts common in forklift applications with rugged design.
