The largest size now available in the Flexco SR Scalloped-Edge belt fastener system is designed for thick belt applications. Features an eight-rivet attachment and larger hinge pins for higher-tension belts with mechanical fastener ratings up to 2,000 PIW. Fasteners are stamped from 300 Series stainless steel 0.135 inches thick and can accommodate belt thickness ranging from 0.46875 inches to 1 inch, running on conveyors with end-pulley minimum diameters of 42 inches. Fasteners are supplied in strips of six or seven plates each. Strips feature breakaway bridges between fasteners, which allows any number of fasteners to be broken off to trim the strip to non-standard belt widths.
