Doosan Infracore America, Suwanee, Ga., has rolled out a new addition to its line of crawler excavators, the DX350. The DX350 will replace the current DX340. The new DX350 has more horsepower, increased breakout force, and improved fuel efficiency, the company says. The DX350 has an operating weight of 77,600 pounds, an arm digging force of 39,460 pounds of force and a bucket digging force of 54,010 pounds of force. The excavator features new polymer shims and bushings used at the boom, arm and bucket locations. Additional features include a dual-walled muffler, centralized grease points on the book and arm and convenient hose routing, wiring harness layout and filter placement.
