A tool for on-site manual installation of wire hook lacing in light-duty conveyor belts designed to embed the belt splice quicker and with less wear on the tool. The lacer guide blocks have been widened to full lacer head width, designed to provide maximum bearing surface for greater wear resistance and minimal maintenance. The face-strip locking done with a knurled knob that allows finger tightening in place of the flathead screw. The Clipper Microlacer also introduces an offset drive handle designed for greater leverage.
