Oregon-based Construction Equipment Company (CEC) has introduced the newest addition to its Generation II Track Mobile Impact Crusher. This American-built impact plant has a fabricated frame design that the company says was stress analyzed before the design was completed.
CEC says the stronger frame design is loaded with operator convenience functions and has a larger, high capacity 52 inch by 16 ft feeder with a second deck for controlled reject to enhance production and gradation.
The closed-circuit screen system is a 5-foot-by-12-foot, two-deck, 100-millimeter screen that hydraulically lowers for screen cloth change. The heavy-duty belt magnet removes rebar and steel from crushed product, making the crushed rock ready for use or sale, according to CEC. The second screen deck allows reject or screened product removal – giving the user onsite job flexibility. The reject conveyor bolts in for left or right side discharge – a feature the company says will benefit production onsite.
CEC says its Track System includes heavy-duty components such as very long tracks with wide track pads and low ground pressure for performance on difficult jobs.
The impactor has 22 inches of vertical drop to the under crusher conveyor. It can be increased an additional 8 inches with the hydraulic drop down feature. The under screen fines discharge conveyor is 60 inches wide for high production.
