32 tons total weight, a modern and robust design as well as an impressive crushing performance – this characterizes the newest product out of the Rockster line: the impact crusher R1100. The development of the R1100 was the response to a continuously growing demand on the part of the Rockster distribution partners and final customers.
“Our existing series of mobile crushers, with the 25-tons plant R900 as biggest machine has already proved itself and consolidated its position on the international market,” says Rockster CEO Wolfgang Kormann. “However, additionally we got more and more requests from our distribution partners concerning a bigger machine, covering a wider market segment. The target: a crusher, that still features compact transport dimensions, but at the same time boasts a performance level of close to 300 ton/hour, adequate for covering major transactions.”
The result is a machine, which fits into the existing product line, featuring a variety of technical highlights: as well as the R900 and R800, also the R1100 is equipped with a fully hydraulically drive system. Furthermore, the R1100 features a 2-step and 1.8 m long pre-screener. This ensures not only a maximum pre-screening quality, but also a further increase of the throughput rate, a reduction of the wear costs as well as a perfect separation of final material an earthy substance.
The mounting of the screen box RS94 is very easy with this model, because the main conveyor of the R1100 can be lowered hydraulically, the company says. Therefore for assembling the screen box on the main belt of the machine no additional elevating system is required and also the exchange of the different screens can be carried out directly on the ground. Additionally, any material, that may block the crushing process, like iron or the like can be reached and removed easily by just lowering the belt.
The combination with screenbox and returnbelt the customer is able to produce high quality grains and this optimization of the final material results a extensive increase of the profit which is shown in a fast amortization of the plant: With an efficiency of 80% of crusher and screenbox the customers could cover the investment within one year.
