This track-mounted, fixed-hammer horizontal impact crusher is designed for crushing aggregates and concrete/asphalt rubble. It has a 42-inch by 28-inch feed opening and can crush up to 400 tons per hour with a 20:1 reduction ratio. The unit uses a variable speed 12 foot, 6 inch by 42-inch grizzly feeder. The hopper has a capacity of up to 5 cubic yards, depending on the feed method. Dust suppression is provided by spray bars with atomizer nozzles mounted over the impactor discharge point and the product conveyor head. The machine is powered by a Caterpillar C-9 engine with 300 hp. Options include high manganese or high chrome blow bars, four full-size blow bars in lieu of two full and two half size and a single idler belt weigher with integrator and speed-sensing wheel fitted to the main product conveyor.
