Lippmann-Milwaukee, Inc., Cudahy, Wis., has introduced the new 3252 track-mounted mobile jaw plant. To create the 3252 Track Jaw, Lippmann employed its direct crusher drive gear transmission system to develop the Triple Power Match Drive System. The transmission system is designed to provide optimum power efficiency from two rear output points while employing twin VDP pumps for hydraulics. The size of the 3252 jaw necessitates little to no preparation of material prior to crushing, according to the company. The plant’s wider, hydraulically lowered main conveyor can ensure greater material discharge capacity. The plant’s diesel engine complies with EC State IIIA/EPA tier 3 emission regulations and offers low noise pollution. The machine’s chassis is made from square, hot-rolled carbon steel. The gearbox housing is fixed to the chassis module, so the track frames can't separate when changing direction under severe loads. The plant’s oversized track drives can provide high mobility on many different terrains. The unit also features a user friendly Intelligent Control System. Information is displayed on one screen with single button process start, automatic process control and built-in fault diagnostics.
