The 2015 World Demolition Summit, held in conjunction with the European Demolition Association (EDA) , will be held Nov. 6, at the Krasnapolsky Grand Hotel in Amsterdam. The program will comprise a day-long conference, followed by the World Demolition Awards.
The event’s one-day technical conference will include reports on some of the most challenging demolition and associated recycling projects undertaken around the world in recent months, as well as other special topics of particular importance and relevance to the industry, according to the association.
The second component of the summit will feature the 2015 World Demolition Awards. Entries are now being accepted and the deadline for submissions is July 31, 2015. Entry forms for the various categories can be downloaded at www.demolitionsummit.com. Entries can be made for projects that were started, ongoing or completed between June 2014 and July 2015.
Questions concerning the awards should be referred to Lindsay Gale by email at lindsay.gale@khl.com, or by phone at +44 (0)1892 786210. The EDA says it welcomes any prospective attendees with a particular project that could be of interest to the international audience.
The World Demolition Summit is created and organized by KHL Group and Demolition & Recycling International, in partnership with the EDA.
