West Salem Machinery (WSM), based in Salem, Ore., is touting its complete system solutions for processing biomass and biofuel.WSM says primary processing of raw feedstock and green fiber is made possible with its horizontal grinders and screens. Secondary processing of pre-hogged fuel is handled by the company’s high-volume disc screens and vertical grinders, according to the company. WSM also can supply a finishing mill with its heavy-duty hammermills.
The company also supplies metering feed hoppers, motor starters/controls, in-feed and discharge chutes, support structures, access platforms and associated conveyors to deliver a complete system, according to a WSM press release.
