Volvo Dealer Adds Road Machinery Products

Vantage Equipment LLC, the authorized Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer in New York, has reached an agreement with Volvo CE to assume the sales and marketing of Volvo road machinery products effective Jan. 1, 2008.

Volvo CE acquired the road machinery division of Ingersoll Rand in April 2007. The acquired product line includes soil and asphalt compaction, Blaw-Knox paving, milling and road maintenance equipment.

Vantage Equipment presently operates three full sales, marketing and service branches in Upstate New York, in Syracuse, Batavia and Albany. The company will be adding the road machinery product to its inventories in its market area immediately to provide uninterrupted and complete parts and service support.
