The Heritage Oaks project, designed by architects Angus-Young Associates of Janesville, Wis., is a new eight story senior residential housing facility. Dedicated in October 2006, the project qualified for the award because the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin judged it as an excellent example of focusing the teams’ effort on understanding the owner’s and user’s needs, and then planning each aspect of the project to meet those requirements.
