Vecoplan Introduces New Shredder Line

Vecoplan LLC, High Point, N.C., has launched the XL line of shredders, which is designed for large, bulky feedstock.

The shredders feature a larger rotor diameter and taller feed ram, increasing shredder throughput and overall processing efficiency on materials such as pallets and bales of plastic and paper, according to a press release from Vecoplan.

The XL package is available on Vecoplan’s RG32, RG42, RG52 and RG62 U models and requires the highest available horsepower. In addition to a larger rotor cutting diameter and feed ram height, Vecoplan has also increased the effective screen area. With a larger circumference, the number of cutting inserts increase, also.
