Township trustees of Hubbard, Ohio, have voted to seek an appeal of a court decision that would pave the way for the opening of construction and demolition debris landfill in the township, according to a report in the Youngstown Vindicator (Youngstown, Ohio).
A Trumbull County Common Pleas Court judge had decided earlier this year that zoning regulations at the Trans Rail America Inc. site in Hubbard, Ohio, allow for a C&D debris landfill.
