Thalle Industries, a Briarcliff Manor, New York-based provider of asphalt, concrete and quarried and recycled aggregates, has hired Christopher Campanaro as its new chief operating officer (COO).

“Chris brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of converting strategic vision into operational excellence,” Thalle President and CEO Glenn Pacchiana says.

“His leadership and comprehensive understanding of business operations will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve. We are confident that his contributions will strengthen our team and help us achieve our long-term goals, including being a best place to work.”

Campanaro was hired in mid-September and will lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration across operations, sales, accounting, marketing and human resources.

“As I step into this role, my focus is on strengthening the foundation of Thalle Industries, building the infrastructure that not only sustains our growth but accelerates it,” Campanaro says. “Thalle Industries is poised for continuous success, and I am proud to be part of this amazing organization.”

Thalle says a key part of Campanaro’s role will be to identify operational challenges and opportunities, recommending solutions and championing initiatives that support the company’s culture.

“Chris brings a set of fresh eyes to our operations, and I’m eager to receive his recommendations for taking Thalle Industries to the next level,” Thalle Industries Vice President Jeff Manganello says.

Campanaro previously worked for Rosco, a maker of firearms components, and PepsiCo.
