Terex Pegson has announced that it will display three new crushers at ConExpo-Con/Agg, including the XZ750 jaw, the XV350 vertical shaft impactor and the XH250 horizontal impactor. All are track mounted.
The XA750 is designed for larger quarry and recycling applications. Some of its features include a modular hopper/feeder section with live pre-screen that is removable for transport if required, one-piece hydraulically raised/lowered product conveyor, extended dirt/fines conveyor and a Jaques 55-inch by 35-inch jaw with hydraulic adjustment system.
The XH250 features a Terex Pegson designed horizontal shaft impactor and is designed for smaller quarry and recycling applications. Features include an underpan feeder for main-belt protection, hydraulically raised/lowered main conveyor, full tunnel protection over the conveyor, direct drive through HFO clutch with soft start and an efficient two-stage grizzly feeder with underscreen.
The XV350 features the Canica 2050 vertical shaft impactor on a revised 1300 Maxtrak chassis. Designed to be fed from the Maxtrak range of cones, the unit has a countershaft drive that accommodates a conventional V-belt drive and HFO clutch for maximum efficiency. Rotor speed ranges from 830 to 1,750 rpm.
