North Ireland-based Terex Finlay has introduced the I-1310R Impact Crusher, which is designed for the recycling industry.
Officially launched at the Intermat show in April, the I-1310 is fitted with a 40-inch-by-40-inch Krupp Hazemag APP1010GA impactor chamber. The standard version has a capacity of 5 cubic meters and an 8 cubic meter feed hopper option is also available. Constructed of 10-mm hardox walls, the hopper also includes a pre-screen.
Positioned below the crusher chamber is the under crusher vibratory feeder which discharges onto the 900-mm product conveyor belt.
The I-1310R is also fitted with a CANBUS compliant electronic control system. It weighs in at 34 metric tons and is powered by a CAT C9 engine. Further options include an overband magnet, belt weigher, radio remote control and optional by-pass conveyor.
Further models will be added throughout the year to the Finlay impact crusher range, including a re-circulating screen version. Quarry specific machines will also be available without the under-crusher vibratory feeder.
