Terex Finlay, based in Northern Ireland, has appointed Rik Kiddle as the company’s global business development and sales director.
In his new role, Kiddle will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing market share as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities on a global basis for Terex Finlay. He will lead the current sales, marketing and distribution development teams, serve as a key driver in new product development initiatives and work closely with the aftermarket and engineering departments within Terex Finlay, the company says.

With an engineering and design background, Kiddle joins Terex Finlay from JCB, where he has held various U.K. and export sales and marketing positions with increasing seniority. Kiddle has been responsible for JCB’s focus on the waste, recycling and demolition industries and was responsible for developing the JCB Wastemaster range of products and models in order to better serve these industries. Most recently, Kiddle has been responsible for the JCB Industrial business, promoting the JCB Teletruk product around the world.
