Telsmith Introduces Jaw Crushing Plant

Quarry-Trax Model TJ3258 has a 58-inch wide crushing chamber.

Telsmith, Mequon, Wis., has introduced the Telsmith Quarry-Trax Model TJ3258, a mobile track-mounted primary jaw crushing plant that is suited for high-capacity producers of crushed stone or recycled concrete.

The plant’s Telsmith 3258 jaw crusher features a larger gape and a 58-inch wide crushing chamber, boosting crushing capacity by up to 15 percent. Additionally, the jaw crusher hydraulic systems provide three key benefits for ease of operation and greater uptime production:

  • Hydraulic Adjustment reduces maintenance time and maintains crusher output,
  • Hydraulic Tramp Iron Relief protects parts and components against overload damage, while reducing downtime, and
  • Hydraulic Chamber Clearing allows the operator to safely clear the crusher and return to production in minutes.

The Quarry-Trax is available with a number of options, including a hydraulic hammer, hopper extensions, a folding conveyor extension, magnet and more.
