The plant’s Telsmith 3258 jaw crusher features a larger gape and a 58-inch wide crushing chamber, boosting crushing capacity by up to 15 percent. Additionally, the jaw crusher hydraulic systems provide three key benefits for ease of operation and greater uptime production:
- Hydraulic Adjustment reduces maintenance time and maintains crusher output,
- Hydraulic Tramp Iron Relief protects parts and components against overload damage, while reducing downtime, and
- Hydraulic Chamber Clearing allows the operator to safely clear the crusher and return to production in minutes.
