Takeuchi Breaks Ground on New Facility

Takeuchi, a manufacturer of compact excavators and rubber track loaders with a U.S. headquarters in Buford, Ga., has broken ground on a new facility in the Atlanta area.

This will be Takeuchi’s eighth expansion in the Atlanta area in as many years, according to a release from the company.

The facility is located in Jackson County, Ga. on 34 acres at Valentine Industrial Park.

The 25,000 square foot facility will feature a 60 percent increase in equipment distribution capacity, 60 percent increase in parts distribution and a new training facility, according to the release.
