Sunshine Recycling Inc., an Orlando, Florida, dumpster rental and construction recycling company, has been contracted to provide the waste management and recycling services during the construction of Mill Creek Residential’s 22-story, 350-unit luxury apartment community in downtown Orlando. Sunshine will be supplying 20- and 30-yard roll-off dumpsters for the construction debris.
The construction site is located on the block connecting Rosalind Avenue and East Central Boulevard, on a lot that was purchased from the long-standing University Club of Orlando. Construction of the Mill Creek apartments has just begun, and is expected to be completed sometime in fall 2018.
“It’s going to be a spectacular residential community once it’s finished, and we’re very excited to be part of the construction,” says Chuck Herb, owner of Sunshine Recycling. “The downtown Orlando business district is booming, and luxury apartments are in big demand. Mill Creek will help accommodate the housing needs in this highly-coveted area.”
In addition to the Mill Creek apartment complex, Sunshine’s services have been solicited for a number of other construction projects in Orlando in recent years.
