Sennebogen LLC, Charlotte, N.C., has introduced the new 835 and 840 D Series material handlers.
The new 835 and 840 D Series offer the same safety and comfort features as the 825 and 830 D Series machines and come equipped with Cummins Tier III engines, the company says.
“These new models, already in production, underline our commitment to bringing our customers cost-efficient, reliable purpose-built material handlers with the kind of safety and comfort features they require and have come to expect from Sennebogen,” says Constantino Lannes, President of Sennebogen.
Weighing 100,000 pounds, the 835 D Series features a 264-horsepower Cummins diesel engine and a 25-kilowatt magnet system. The 840 D Series has an operating rate of 123,000 pounds and also features a 264-horsepower Cummins diesel engine and a 25-kilowatt magnet system.
Both material handlers have a number of safety features, including a revolutionary sliding door combined with the adjacent catwalk, improved access to maintenance areas, such as a centralized undercarriage greasing point and a handrail on top of the upper carriage.
