The Target Zero Action Plan package will be launched by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), a U.K.-based organization that promotes workplace safety, at Hillhead 2009.
A number of speakers will contribute to the launch event, to which senior industry executives, union officials and others involved with health and safety advancement will be invited.
