RSC Equipment Rental has filled four leadership roles in human resources and communications functions at its corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Joe Turturica has been appointed vice president of human resources. Turturica has leadership responsibility for all people-related programs within RSC in his new position. Prior to joining RSC, he served as vice president of staffing and associate relations at Penske Truck Leasing.
Kathy Dreyer has been appointed director of compensation and HRIS. Dreyer’s duties include development of new programs that align compensation plans with business objectives and new systems that provide information for human resource management. During her career, Dreyer has held compensation-related positions with Tosco Corp. and Vital Processing Services.
Brian Ludera has filled the position of director of training and organized development. In his new position, Ludera will develop and implement training, performance management and succession planning initiatives. He has worked with Waste Management, Tribune Co. and most recently with USF Holland, where he was director of training and development.
Clay Allen has been appointment director of communications. In his role, Allen is responsible for developing, implementing and managing external and internal communications initiatives. Allen has 17 years of experience in corporate communications and public affairs at industrial companies, including Phelps Dodge and Mead and Dow Chemical.
