Rotobec Inc., Sainte-Justine, Quebec, Canada, offers orange peel grapples, which the company says are ideal for handling various types of scrap metal. The grapple is available in a range of sizes and models with the option of closed, semi-closed or open tine configurations. The 4-tine models range from 0.5 to 3 cubic yards, while the 5-tine models range from 0.5 to 1.8 cubic yards.
Rotobec’s new grapples also offer an option to include an integrated magnet, which is effective for scrap yard clean-up or material separation, says the company. Features and options include an interlocked head structure, enclosed cylinder guards and Rotobec-patented RT rotators.
