Austria-based Kormann Rockster Recycler GmbH has reported receiving positive feedback on its track-mounted R1100 impact crusher, which it displayed at ConExpo 2011 in Las Vegas.
In a news release, Rockster says it hosted “a huge amount of visitors” at ConExpo and also recorded “some direct sales.”
“It was the debut of Rockster Recycler at the ConExpo in Las Vegas, and the perfect platform to acquire new customers in the North and South American market and to socialize with dealers for the expansion of the worldwide network,” the company says in its news release.
The event exceeded the company’s expectations, says Wolfgang Kormann, CEO of Rockster Recycler. “I was sure that there is a change of tendency in the market, but never expected such a crowd of visitors at ConExpo,” says Kormann. “Furthermore, the customers were well informed [and] already monitored the products on the market and knew the requirements they expect from a crushing plant. Therefore, it was easier to provide them more details about the advantages and technical features of our products."
Chief Procurement Officer Norbert Feichtinger and Stephane Guerchon, CEO of Rockster North America, joined Kormann in hosting visitors to the Rockster display at ConExpo.
Rockster presented its R1100 model, which can process up to 350 tons per hour, according to the company, as well as a mounted one-deck-screen box and the return belt. “With the combination of the crushing plant with the screen box and return belt, our clients have the possibility to produce defined high-quality materials in one workflow,” says Guerchon. “With our modular concept we are able to react anytime on the requirements of the customers and can offer the perfect plant for their demands.”
