Coastal Recycling Inc., a company that had proposed to build a construction and demolition recycling facility in Cumberland, R.I., has withdrawn its application for the project, according to a report in the Pawtucket Times (Pawtucket, R.I.).
The proposed indoor facility would have been capable of processing up to 300 tons of C&D debris per day, shipping it by rail to out-of-state locations for sale or disposal.
