Description: The Government will award One, Two or Three Task-order contracts for the removal and disposal of hazardous materials and demolition of buildings at various locations on or near U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range, NM or Holloman Air Force Base.

The requirement is for non-personal services for abatement procedures of contaminated areas IAW Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Services will be provided as needed and as determined by WSMR or HAFB and will be obtained through task orders against the contract.

Tasks over $50,000.00 will be competed between task order contractors. Tasks under $50,000.00 may be assigned without competition on a rotational basis. It is estimated that there will be approximately $1.5M of services required per year.

The period of performance will be two years. Payment will be made by VISA. This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 562910, Remediation Services. The small business size standard is $12 million average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years.

Description: This procurement request is to provide services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to dispose of demolition debris at Tohatchi, N.M.

This procurement is being advertise under the simplified acquisition procedures, and is reserved for Small Business. Solicitations must be submitted by close of business Feb. 21, 2003, due to an emergency requirement. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
