Description
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to demolish Building 34 and miscellaneous items at ISC Alameda. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolish Building 34 including the foundation system, concrete sidewalks, stairways, equipment, and all remaining furniture and fixtures within the building; remove and cap site utilities into the buildings being demolished; cap utilities at the point of entries; provide additional fill and seed areas excavated as a result of demolition; seed type shall match existing lawn. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235940. Small Business size standard is $12 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
