Orange County, Calif. is soliciting proposals from Vendors interested in entering into an annual contract to provide E-waste recycling services to various county agencies/departments.
Services shall consist of handling, transportation, destruction, disposal, and recycling e-waste.

Confidential Shredding/Destruction Services

Contractor shall provide on-site confidential shredding/destruction service to the Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO), Region I, at various parole unit locations (see Exhibit A-1 Parole Unit Listing) for the complete destruction of confidential documents including, but not limited to: paper, binder clips, paper clips, sticky notes, glossy paper, hanging file folders, floppy disks, microfilm/fiche, video/audio tapes, and CD’s. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and supplies including labor, vehicles necessary to perform the service at no additional cost.

Document and Media Destruction and Shredding Services
Riverside County, Calif.
The County of Riverside (County), is requesting bids from qualified document destruction company; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor(s)", to perform document and media destruction of confidential and non-confidential on-site and/or off-site document destruction and shredding services that meet or exceed PHI and HIPAA requirements for secured materials destruction and sign the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement between Contractor and County.
Also, vendor proposals must meet or exceed Records Management and Archives Policy (RMAP) Board of Supervisors Policy Number A-43 (referenced here in Exhibit B) Section C.2. Standards – establishing - records retention and destruction and Section D.10.

Services may be regular scheduled pickup as requested by individual departments located county-wide and will include destruction of witnessed and non-witnessed materials/documents. Each department may setup a Blanket Purchase Order referencing the contract number awarded to the successful bidder and will include services desired, pickup locations, contact names and telephone numbers, frequency of pickup, number of bins desired, and billing information.
