This will be a best value procurement utilizing Performance Price Tradeoff technique.    

 

The NAICS Code for this project is 56211 with a size standard of $6.0 million dollars.    

 

The contractor shall provide services Base wide and Military Family Housing (MFH) refuse collection, disposal and recycling for Elkhorn AFS and Offutt AFB, NE.    

 

The Military Family Housing areas require curbside pickup service to include pickup of recyclable materials.    

 

The Period of Performance is 01 April 2005 through 31 March 2006 for the basic period plus four option years.    

 

All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFAS 252.204-7004.    

 

CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423.     

 

CCR must be obtained before award can be made.    

 

A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the anticipated issue date.
