Sealed Tenders marked "Crushing of Recycled Concrete - 2007" will be received by the Manager of Acquisitions at: 5th Floor, City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, Thursday, January 4, 2007
The major items of work are as follows:
• Crush approximately 40,000 Tonnes of Recycled Concrete during 2007
Tender documents may be obtained by bona fide bidders at the office of the Manager of Acquisitions commencing on Thursday, December 14, 2006.
Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the tendered price, payable to the City of Regina and a Consent of Surety to furnish a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the tendered price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
